Dunedin Sil Programme
Dunedin Sil Programme is for Buddhists and non-Buddhists. This is a great opportunity to understand some Buddhist practices and discuss any Buddhism or life related issues with Ven Maithree.
Location: Quaker Hall 15 Park St, Dunedin
Time: 9am-6pm, every third Saturday of the month
Activities include: puja, chanting, meditation, dana (lunch), Dhamma (Buddhism) talks and discussion
Additionally-
NEW! Children’s Dhamma and Sinhala classes: 10am-11am, same location
Many thanks for the idea of Dhamma school and this will be an added strenght to the classes conducted by me at present.. Please be kind enough to let the community know about the current Dhamma / Cultural classes I am conducting free of charge to the children those who are interested to attend. This was started 2 years back and the classes for year 2012 will commence on 19th February and will be held every alternate Sunday from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. Every class begins with Pansil and ends with singing Sri Lankan National anthem.
